ROBERT KETZNER SERVICE AWARD
The Robert Ketzner Service Award shall be given periodically to an individual for exemplary
service to the MAC and the sport of rifle shooting. This award is named for Robert S. Ketzner, the rifle coach at New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1962-86 and a member of NJIT’s athletic Hall of Fame. Ketzner ended his career with a remarkable 83 percent winning margin. Under Ketzner, the Highlanders had winning years in 12 of his last 14 years and the 1971-72 team posted a perfect 18-0 record.
